If you are unhappy with this website or with how your request was handled, tell us through the contact form. Include your name, the date of your request and what went wrong.

We review every complaint, reply as soon as we reasonably can, and take reasonable steps to fix the issue. Trainers are independent, so we may pass your concern to them and ask them to respond directly.
